101 aims to create serene residential spaces for students to feel at home while enjoying the communal facilities to create friendship, collaboration and a worthwhile experience. Our modern designs and fully furnished apartments provide residents with the space they need to focus on things that really matter to them.
The 101
A student beach resort accommodation catering to Education University of Hong Kong students. Situated directly opposite the Lung Mei Beach with full sea-views from the flat roof towards the south and full mountain-views of Pat Sing Leng towards the north.
The Accommodation
We have eleven rooms spread over three floors. Our aim is to provide a co-living environment to meet new friends like in student halls, therefore we arrange our rooms as twin-shared and single rooms. We are currently expanding within our own complex providing more room choices and options.
Gold twin with balcony
Basic furniture is included such as single bed with mattress and mattress protector, desk, chair, private wardrobe, desk lamp, curtains and air-conditioner for all rooms. Additionally rooms may also have fridges.
Gold single with balcony
All utility bills such as electricity, water and internet are included. Also included are uses of all social spaces such as living room, kitchen, sea view roof, garden and shared bathrooms.
Silver Twin
Shared kitchen and living room are well equipped with electronics such as TV, fridge, dual induction cooker, microwave and kettle.
Platinum Twin with en-suite bathroom
Complimentary shuttle service for 101 guests runs on weekdays to the entrance of Education University. The pick up point is within the development and will run four times a day.

101 is situated between the waterfront of Plover Cove and the mountain ranges of Pat Sin Leng offering unmatched tranquillity and scenic spots such as Bride’s Pool waterfall, Ridge of the Eight Immortals, Plover Cove Reservoir to name a few.

The Connectivity
101 is located a stone’s throwaway from the picturesque man made beach of Lung Mei. This part of Tai Po is renowned as a beauty spot for hiking, cycling, water sports, barbequing and kiting. This location is ideal for those looking for open space away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We provide complimentary limousine service to Education University for all guests staying at 101. During the semesters we offer 4 journeys per weekday to provide luxury and hassle-free trips to class.

You can book simply by completing an application form, providing related documents and placing a deposit. Our team is EAA licenced and carry out estate agency work under the Estate Agents Ordinance promising to service clients with honesty, fidelity, protection and promotion of the clients’ interest, and act in a fair and impartial manner to all parties involved.
